When installing visual studio 17, an error occurs, the product instance cannot be found, how can I fix it?

I decided to install vs7, so everything was fine, I installed proffesional 2017, started installing the working environments I needed, but the damn pc rebooted due to voltage, when this error occurred. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times, didn't help.
