Hello Friend! Registered in order to help you and everyone who is looking for help. Below I have listed the order of commands that need to be written to install pyinstaller. I want to warn that "$" is not necessary to write. If it helped, do not be too lazy to register on the site and like it. I will be doubly pleased.

$ python -m pip install —upgrade pip (Обновляем pip)
$ pip install wheel (инсталлируем wheel без него ни как)
$ pip install pyinstaller (Ну и сам pyinstaller)
