When installing gulp, "npm i gulp --save-dev" throws an error!?

- Downloaded Nodejs 9.8.0
- Opened the command line from them. Administrator
- In the project folder I registered: "npm i gulp -g"
- I registered: "npm init"
- I registered: "npm i gulp --save-dev"
