When importing into sass, the gulp file swears at the encoding?

Hello! Guys, this garbage happened:
There is a folder partrials from where all scss I want to glue into the main main.scss
But when I import files from partrilas into main.scss, an error appears: "undefined: undefined Invalid UTF-8", but if the files are not imported, but just set the styles in main.scss, then everything is ok, maybe someone knows what the error is? I already set the line charset "UTF-8" in main.scss , it didn't help( Thank you very much!
