When I enter the Privacy policy url in the facebook application, it displays an error, how to solve it?

I am developing applications for facebook-e, I needed LOGIN PERMISSIONS on user_likes, for this you need to enter in App details - privacy policy url.
Issue:
Entering a URL on a privacy policy page results in the error "This url has been identified as malicious and/or abusive."
Has anyone encountered such a problem and how to solve it?
