After doing THIS not the main one, measure how your traffic has changed, transitions from the main site deep into the site and especially pages/visit.
I predict:

1. Drop in search traffic by half. Since the Googlebot simply does not wait for the "finishing of the page loading".
   
2. Fall transitions from the main to the depths. Traffic will flow to the main page, but there will be no transitions from it, the traffic will simply "evaporate". Why is that? - Ask marketers.
