It is advisable to issue an IP before the start of any work.
People don’t pay serious money in cash - usually everything goes through accounting and contracts.
Sometimes you can do the work and sign an act for 3-4 days of work, and in the contract you simply indicate the maximum possible amount of work at the time of signing the contract and that the parties will have to draw up a new one if the amount of work is higher in the future - this hack works well in hourly and task rates.
Those. you worked for a month, registered as an individual entrepreneur, and in the act write that you worked for 3-4 days ...
People usually still spend through front legal entities. and spd the main amounts, and the minimum wage is recorded as income, but this is already from 2 to 5 and a bunch of fines.

Well, you seem to understand that in our country you are still a criminal if you try to work honestly, but you didn’t add a penny to the piece of paper and you still have to pay fines.

If the customer agrees to pay just for cash, then there is no point in registering.
If you need non-cash payment, it is better before the start of work - in order to draw up a contract in accordance with all the rules.
