When creating a profile and uploading an image to it, the page hangs?

Yii2 has a profile when creating a profile and uploading a photo, the page does not go, but is loaded, after which the redirect to the page (Unable to access the site - gray background).
And that's just because of the picture. What's the matter? In my code or in server settings?
