When connecting to Linux via rdp from windows, a gray screen, instead of a cross cursor, there is a white console in the upper left corner. what to do?

Remote console works in putty, sftp works too. But on rdp the screen is gray, but on vnc it is not connected. Dameware remote control also refused to work. gui xfce4
