When checking a tag in GTM, Tag Assistant does not connect to the site (not connect). How to properly set up tags/triggers?

Perhaps I formulate the question a little chaotically, because I understand little in GTM. Acted according to this article , in the trigger settings "Trigger activation conditions: Click Classes/Contains/wpcf7-submit". In the tag settings "Type: Google Analytics event GA 4/Dataflow ID G-********" and the trigger is selected. In the form on the site, the submit button has the code:

Then I choose a preview, specify the site address, fill out the form and the connection bar in Tag Assistant reaches only half, and the inscription "Not Connected" in red is visible on the top left. And in the end I don’t see any report that the trigger / tag worked. What am I doing wrong and how do I set up the tag/trigger correctly?
