When buying, only the purchase price comes in API_callback. Why?

1) I call FAPI.UI.showPayment
2) The request is processed on the server.
3) API_callback receives only {"status":"ok","method":"showPayment","data":"{\"amount\":\"1\"}"}
Application type - Web (HTML) .
The application has not yet been moderated. What to do?
