When an article is created, the article is published, but does not have its own url like "domen.ru/statya1", but has a link to the main page "domen.ru".
Time passes for about a minute and the article already has its own url "domen.ru/statya1". I don't understand why it doesn't generate its own url right away, but with such a delay.
