When accessing the bot via telegram, there are long delays, telegram sends messages from bot users after 5-40 seconds, sometimes telegram servers are not available for the bot. That is, they do not respond. Provided that there are 3 identical bots on 1 server for different regions, only 1 bot experiences the problem. Help council if who faced.
