I saw it myself, I did it myself. I recommend simply ignoring such strange requirements and sending resumes no matter what.
Obviously, they are looking for an automated testing specialist, where the requirements and salary are almost the same as those of a developer. If the proposed conditions are adequate to the market, then they find.
