Yes, why not?) You won’t be able to work with whatsApp for free, all APIs are paid. There is a business API - it is more expensive, there are alternative APIs - they are cheaper, but they can be banned.
It's ideal to work with a gray API and be a good guy and don't spam.
Just choose the APIs you like.
I've worked with the Chat API, RAPIWA, WAZZUP - everything is fine.
