What you need to organize your email inbox

Good afternoon. I understand that the question may be noob, but - what do you need in order to send letters from the address of your company, for example, from the address [email protected] What SMTP to use for this? Who provides them anyway? I got confused in this topic ... I tried to send with postfix, but not all SMTP pass such letters.

Thanks in advance!

Google apps / Yandex.Mail for domain.

0. choose the solution that suits you. Google apps allows you to create/keep up to 10 mailboxes for free. Yandex.Mail allows you to create up to 1000 mailboxes.
1. Buy and register a domain name and any of the hosts. The most important thing is to be able to change/create MX records (for Google apps) or delegate a domain (Yandex.Mail for domain)
2. Set up Google apps / Yandex.Mail for domain

Dedicated, not highlighted in spam databases, IP-shnik with the ability to register a reverse zone + competent DNS configuration (MX, SPF, DKIM) + normal SMTP server (i.e. not a spammer script of 10 lines, but the same postfix, adequately responsive to greylisting) and its competent configuration.
This is if you desperately need to send from your server. Otherwise, it's easier to link Google or Yandex.

How many emails do you want to send and what kind of emails are they? If this is a regular correspondence, then yes, the options above will do. If you do enough mass mailings, for example, to a client base, then raising an SMTP server is not the biggest problem that you will encounter and it makes sense to either contact providers of such services or hire an experienced administrator / consultant who knows the words (double) opt in / opt out, MTA, MX, PTR, SPF, DKIM - otherwise you will collect all the rake.
