What you need to know when buying a .com domain name?

Good afternoon, I need to buy one of the domain names from nucom.com

Wrote them an email: Got a reply shortly
We would like to buy a domain name and ready to give you 1000 usd for that.
Is this possible?

: I don’t quite understand what is written, so I’m going to write the following letter: Tell me , what questions need to be clarified more and am I doing everything right?
Dear Maxim,

Thank you for your email regarding the domain name, available to purchase exclusively through our domain name brokering service.

The all-inclusive purchase price for this domain name is $995 (nine hundred and ninety-five US Dollars).

If you would like to convert into a different currency, an online currency converter can be found at:
money.cnn.com/data/currencies/

We have quoted the lowest possible price (i.e. no lower offers please).
You may compare this price to other recent global domain name sales by referring to:
dnjournal.com/ytd-sales-charts.htm

This single payment will give you complete ownership and control of the domain name, and all rights to its future use.

Your only future payments, as is the case for any domain name, will be the annual registrar's fee which depends on the registrar you choose to keep the domain name with.
The current registrar, GoDaddy - the world's #1 registrar - has a very low annual fee of approximately $12 per year.

For your peace of mind, the purchase transaction is guaranteed through the online escrow service at Escrow.com.
We pay the escrow fee so the price is all-inclusive.
Escrow.com accepts payment by credit card, Paypal, check or wire transfer.
Escrow.com only releases your payment to us after the domain name has been properly transferred.
Escrow.com was incorporated in 1999 by a subsidiary of Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE: FNF), the world's largest escrow and title insurance company.
It is the recommended transaction settlement service of many of the top names in eCommerce, including eBay, the world's most popular online marketplace:
pages.ebay.com/help/pay/escrow.html
Escrow.com's domain name escrow service is further explained at:
escrow.com/solutions/domain_name/

The transfer of the domain name will be completed within 48 hours of receipt of payment.
It will then be under your ownership and ready for your immediate use.
You will be able to make future changes to the domain name registration yourself online, as you will have your own domain management account, complete with username and password.

If you would like to proceed, please reply to this email. We will then set up the transaction and you will receive an email from Escrow.com with your registration instructions.

Regards,
Andrew

@maximus

They wrote that the domain costs 995 bucks, registered through GoDaddy, accepts credit cards, PayPal, checks and transfers, ready to transfer the domain within 2 days after payment. At the end they wrote that if you really want to buy a domain, then you need to answer this email and they will send you further instructions.
