What would you recommend to use to create a counter and slider in an HTML email?

What would you recommend to use to create a counter when laying out an HTML letter?

for example, we already have 100,500 stars from the sky, visitors, cakes for the homeless, etc...

As a rule, in letters not in Spanish. not styles not scripts, that is, styles isp. little things, and then inline , for example, font style, size, color, frame, in the rest. mail layout is limited and this kind of information is usually made into a picture, a screen is taken at the current moment, a counter is not needed in the letter. most open from mobile and here resources are very important.

The counter can be made on an empty page and an iframe with a link to it can be inserted in the letter.
It will turn out like a page within a page, but if it is optimized, it will be like a module.
Example (I made a fan site and installed it as a module): wartbook.ru/web-art/all-dlc-the-witcher-3
Although I don't know how it will work, I need to check.

The technology of the counter for letters is not simple. If you need "here and now", then for $0-10 - motionmailapp.com. If you need to constantly and "your own", then you can write a script - https://litmus.com/community/learning/27-how-to-ad...
Scripts will not work, but in clients built on webkit (iOS Mail , Mail App) some animation via CSS is possible. For example, clicks.kinohod.ru/v/cRn/QxoBnrLxhI8vVkeFuao7zQ/87fc7721

Of course use! Why not! Because it's so cool, cool, beautiful.
True, this will not work anywhere, but this is a trifle, right?

JS in emails doesn't work.
The slider can be written in CSS3, but it will work in a couple of apple clients, that's all.
The counter can be implemented, but only by means of GIF. In this case, it is necessary to bypass graphics caching by mail systems. For example, the guys from SenSay made a counter https://sendsay.ru/archive/1g-A1R8fyGTwLFUNeRtxBQX...
But due to caching, it has severe desynchronization
