What would you recommend to learn first for Android development?

An intensive course on the development of Android applications in the Kotlin language is coming up. Have knowledge of java up to OOP level.
So the question is, what is better to do in the remaining time: start learning Kotlin, or improve your knowledge of Java? Is it possible, knowing one of these languages, to master the other with little difficulty (in any order)?

Clean up: shower, shave, dress up.
If the beard does not grow, the second item can be excluded.

The key in your question is coming intensive .
And the question "What would you advise to learn first for development on Android?"
It doesn't fit. Intensive by definition, one of the stages in the courses.
Those. at first they read something to you, then they brought it together for a deep dive into the topic.
If you want to study on your own, then why did you pay money to teachers?
The answer in the next thread refers to the fact that intensive is classes in a group of people.
And it is better to pay attention to not being unpleasant for the human team.
The rest you need to ask teachers, programmers will not help you in this matter.
The tags are not adequate, they are read by those who have already forgotten how they studied.
