C++ / C#

What would you recommend for learning C++?

In our college every month there is an attestation. All estimates of all groups are recorded in the statement. Our teachers are tired of filling out all the grades every time and counting the total score, percentage of progress, gaps, etc. The curator instructed me to create a program that will calculate all this by itself, you only need to fill in the fields of Students, subjects and grades.
I'm just a web developer myself. I created window applications on Devel Studio and applications for Win 8, 8.1 and 10, using VS, and then on JavaScript + HTML.
What can you advise to learn the basics of C ++ in a short time? Preferably video tutorials.
PS My English is bad

To be honest, although I think that pluses are best suited for serious projects, in this case I would do it in Visual Basic under Excel. Well, or in Python (you know js, so it will be easier for you on js) under LibreOffice Calc.
As a form, there would be a table itself, with a description of which field for what.
And a calculate button that fills in the missing fields.
And in general, in this case, I'm not at all sure that under the existing requirements it will be necessary to write some macros, and not just prohibit some of the fields for editing and drive ready-made formulas into them.
