What would you recommend for learning ArchiCAD?

I need to learn ArchiCAD in express mode. I would be happy with links to good current video tutorials from scratch, good articles, books, but with books, I think the "express" will not work, but they will not be placed for the future. Information is required in Russian.
And is there a fundamental difference between versions of ArchiCAD? What version do you recommend?

I wonder what it means in "express mode" ... I opened a training example with a house, which always comes with an archiCAD, looked at what's like ... If you are actually an architect, then all the terminology is familiar, you only need 15-20 minutes to then, to find it in the interface - and you can already begin to assemble your project - fortunately, it is going to!
All the main work is just a long, precise, tedious "gathering" of the project ...
