What would you recommend for an ultra-budget Linux laptop?

There was a small need for a very cheap and simple laptop. It's for a nephew who doesn't have such a big to-do list:

  • Viewing lessons in the browser (such as zoom-online and the like);
  • Perform tasks in the browser (such as YaKlass and the like);
  • Simple programming (Pascal, Python, etc.);
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint (analogues like LibreOffice and the like);

And small computer requirements:
  • The display is more or less good, so that the eyes do not "leak out" after 3-4 hours of sitting at the laptop, preferably 1920x1080, but 1366x768 will do (although undesirable);
  • Display 13-15 inches, no more, but no less;
  • A more or less good camera and microphone, so that you can just hear and see (I think you understand);
  • It is desirable to have a battery for 3-4 hours in the browser (although less is possible, it is completely uncritical here);

Performance is desirable that would be enough for 3-5 tabs in the browser and at the same time an open document in Word.
In general, Raspberry Pi 4 4Gb can be taken as a kind of performance benchmark. He has something to play on, so he needs a very simple one.

It is not necessarily new, it can be from the past, the year before last, and the year before last.

I would like, of course, to keep within 25-30 thousand. Because the laptop, I repeat, you need a very simple one.

Well, speaking objectively and looking at current prices in the Russian retail segment, it is impossible to buy anything for 25-30 tr. Something adequate will cost from 40tr.
Advice implies a choice between something. And in this price range, there is not much to choose from.
If the memory is 8 gig, then the prices are already from 35tr
Resolution 1920, prices from 40tr

Having saved now, in a year the tortured nephew will demand another PC, because he will run into resources.

Budget laptop, but with a good screen and battery? The problem of the heptagonal triangle.
I took the ASUS X556 with similar requests to my wife, changing the CD to an SSD.
Xubuntu normally lives on it from the very beginning, my wife works in the browser and LibreOffice, my daughter took lessons in Zoom, I take online games in Zoom with Skype ...
True, I no longer see this model for sale, but you can focus on what something similar.
And of course, it did not cost 25 thousand, even two years ago.
Here is a system builder on Ryzen3 daughters assembled six months ago for less than 20 thousand. Plus the monitor - 10. I recommend.
