What would you change in the table for convenience?

There is a table where I write down data about what I looked at and since I don’t have much memory to remember which series I stopped on, I just take it and write it down, but with the help of formulas I track the series. So why do I need your opinion? I was convinced that everyone has a different way of thinking and you can suggest things about which I would never have guessed.
