What would you advise to implement streaming broadcasting in the local network?
People, advise the program or something else. The task is this.
In the local network there are 5 computers connected to the TV. You need to stream music videos on TVs.
Now everything works through .. opu. Stupidly from a shared folder shared on one of the computers. This leads to frequent freezes, dependence on this computer (well, if it were a server), etc. Still computers with TV which are not particularly powerful. It's hard for them to process the video, sometimes the picture is poured, it turns gray and hangs like that!
How can you organize broadcasting by compressing video? Well, they allegedly threw a clip there with a huge resolution, and this (what you advise)))) ) will take it and transcode it into a format that is not particularly resource-intensive. And then the computers smoke to process FULL HD). We tried VLC - stream, etc., but somehow it's also crooked, and we didn't notice the difference ... (maybe of course we chose the wrong profile - encoding) ..
Thanks for the advice!
