Tell me which carousel plugin can be used for a wordpress site to get the same carousel as on the detskoepitanie.su site - i.e. picture and text below it, in my case it will be - picture, title, cart shortcode. well, it would be desirable that from above it would be possible to switch "News", "Special offers", "Promotions"

I don’t know ready-made plugins, but it’s quite possible to manually integrate Owl Carousel , it’s not difficult. Switching from above - normal tabs, i.e. you need X carousels (1 in each tab).
