It would be interesting to know what tool you use to develop the interface of any (web, desktop, mobile, etc.) applications, if you use it at all. Is it some kind of specialized application, graphics editor, pen and paper?

Qt if desktop\mobile and ExtJS has an interface editor. Visual Studio has an editor.
