What will the request look like in access?

Display the full name of employees whose last name begins with the letter "A" to "M", the name has the letter combination "ek" in the middle, and the patronymic is not Ivanovich, or not Nikolaevich, or not Petrovich.

It is not clear how to separate the last name, first name and patronymic when they are in the same cell.

That is, there is the name of the employee:
"Andropov Alexei Mikhailovich" written in a single field.

What will the request look like?

Like "[AM]" last name check, how to add everything else to this?

Something like Like "[AM] *ek* Not In(Ivanovich; Nikolaevich; Petrovich)" - but only working
