What will happen to the kubernetes cluster if all masters are not available or stopped?

The question is if I deploy pods in the cluster and then all the node masters in the cluster fall off. Will the cluster still work, will all services respond as they should, or will everything fall?

All pods will work as they did, but all K8S orchestration will be gone - pod restart, migration, and so on.
