What will be the taxation for a company from Belarus after a crowdfunding campaign in Russia?

The situation is this:
We want to launch a fundraising campaign. We will most likely collect on the Russian site, but upon completion, we transfer all the money to a company in the Republic of Belarus (Republic of Belarus).
1) If I, as an individual, by concluding an agreement with a company in Belarus, receive money, I will have to pay 13% from them. How can I do it? I want a hint where to dig or a link to a document describing the process of paying tax on the amount received in this way. fill out a declaration? What?
2) If the contract with the company is concluded by an individual or a legal entity in Belarus, and I act simply as a transport of money (in the event that it is not very convenient to withdraw funds immediately to the Republic of Belarus), I will transfer the money - will I have to pay tax with it? I suspect that de jure is necessary, but de facto? And what can I face in case of non-payment? The project is non-commercial, no income is expected from it. It will not be possible to lay a larger profit margin, so I would like not to lose money.
The amount is not very large - about $5000 or 160k rubles.

On the first point:
You will have to pay 13%, you will have to submit 3NDFL to the tax. I won’t paint a lot - I’ll say this, it’s not difficult, you can read it here: www.3-ndfl.net
On the second point:
Everything is muddy here, which means I will transfer the money. How will all this happen and why one company cannot transfer money to another without an intermediary.
