What will be the approximate cost of maintaining a video broadcast server?

Good afternoon. There was a need to estimate the cash costs for traffic, hosting and storage (not counting the red5pro license) of the video broadcast service. Kind of like Periscope.
Approximate monthly costs are required for:

10 simultaneous broadcasts
100 simultaneous broadcasts
1k simultaneous broadcasts
10k simultaneous broadcasts
100k simultaneous broadcasts

If anyone has experience with these issues, can you share?
