What was the last version of WooCommerce that allowed all types of products to be used for free?

I’m watching the 2020 video manual on installing WooCommerce and I see that at the installation stage, when choosing the types of products that you have to sell, there is nothing paid (you just choose and use):


At the same time, installing WooCommerce now (new version 6.1.0) I see that the same types of products suddenly became paid:


What version of WooCommerce do you need to go back to for the functionality to be free?

PS I'm interested in what used to be called "Offline" in the first screenshot. That is, you don’t need a basket functionality, you don’t need to implement payment methods, but you just need to display the goods and that’s it.
