What VPN do you use for api.telegram.org?

There were many similar questions, but so far I have not found a suitable answer. Maybe something has changed, I decided to ask you.
I write my bot in C#.
It is not hosted in the Russian Federation, but it’s not convenient to debug it on a foreign VPS :(
Maybe someone can advise a VPN (preferably pptp) through which there will be access to https://api.telegram.org ?
I used ProtonVPN, but it has its own software, which is not convenient. Although everything worked through it.
I bought vpn from another provider, pings go, but the bot, alas ... does not start.

If you already have vps then why not put vpn there? For myself, the load is minimal, and there is more reliability and safety than it is not clear who ...

I use Windscribe. 10 gigs is free and there is a console client for Linux, the latter was the decisive factor for me.
