What voice engine is used in this video?

I was pleasantly surprised by the modern quality of speech synthesis using this video as an example:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4yndevAXRvo
At first glance, I didn’t even notice that this was a speech synthesizer, but because of the stress in some words it became clear that it is a synthesizer.
Can anyone tell me what synthesizer is used in this video?

Most likely, this is a voice from the Yandex online service (Yandex SpeechKit):
https://webasr.yandex.net/ttsdemo.html
https://tech.yandex.ru/speechkit/cloud/
For example, in one of the videos the voice says the phrase: "may be
impeached" (wrong emphasis on the last word).
The voices of "Yandex" pronounce this phrase in the same way, with the wrong
accent.
You cannot add this voice to Balabolka: it is commercial (paid),
so to work with it, you need to register a user in the
Yandex service and receive a special key (for money).
I wrote to the Yandex support service, asked them about
whether they are going to release their voices as distributions. They replied that in
their plans are not.

Here is a script program that allows you to use the
Yandex service to convert texts into sound files.
https://mytts.info/viewtopic.php?f=55&t=59
A free key is used, which Yandex gives to the user during
the trial period (30 days). By changing the keys, you can convert
texts into audio files.
Perhaps Yandex will close this "loophole" soon: at the end of this year, the
service will be updated. But for now, this method (using
free test keys) works. You can use it.
Ilya Morozov

Yes. This is Yandex tts. Probably the best engine to date. In second place, I would put the voice of Maxim from Ivona.
How it was. I tried to listen to a book, or even several (I don’t remember anymore). Maksimka read the text quite well to me. But Yandex is still better.
