What video course can you recommend for learning what is Multithreading and Multiprocessing and IPC?

Good evening. For a vacancy for a C++ programmer, you need to know the above-given. Please tell me a video course, a book, an article on these areas.

P.S, I'm 16, and I'm still a student majoring in applied computer science, I'm roughly aiming for a future job and adjusting to the requirements for it, so don't judge :)

"C++ Concurrency in Action"
There is no multiprocessing yet in STL, only multithreading. So look towards Boost.
