Video cards

What video card will be enough to render and visualize the interior of a small apartment?

Hello! I got here such a hardware configuration:

1. Processor: Intel Xeon E5 2630L V3, socket LGA 2011-3, 8 cores, overclocked from 1.8 GHz to 3.2 GHz, 22 nm
2. Memory: 16 GB DDR4 (4 4 GB strips)
3. Hard drive: SSD M.2 NVM
4. Power supply: 600 watts
5. Prehistoric discrete Radeon HD "something there", God forbid the scarf will not slow down.

Since the need to make repairs in the apartment looms on the horizon, the idea came up to make some realistic visualizations of the interior. Since at work I had some experience using a bunch of Revit 2021 + 3ds Max 2021, now I want to install them on this computer and play with them. With this configuration, if I understand correctly, everything depends on the video card. According to the budget, the toad will not suffocate 10 thousand rubles to allocate.

Please tell me which card would be better to take for my purposes (to design the interior of a small two-room apartment, taking into account the fact that it may be necessary to use V-Ray or Corona Render)? Or do you still need to scrape together a bigger budget so that you can comfortably work in these programs without wild brakes?
