What version of laravel to use for work?

Firstly, the projects are ALREADY written, it is logical that they are in early versions.
Secondly, many people think the same way - “but everywhere there are tutorials on 5.x, so I will do it on 5.x, otherwise there are some pitfalls from version 6.” The only normal tutorial is the official documentation.
