Recommend utilities and images for use on a bootable flash drive. I know that there are all sorts of LiveCDs like AdminPE, but I want to assemble my own set of necessary programs without frills, only the most necessary.

The best "boot stick" is the Zalman VE400 or similar. This is a box for HDD 2.5", which can emulate a CD drive. That is, the algorithm is as follows: insert an HDD or SSD into the box and copy the necessary images that you may need - OS distributions, diagnostic utilities, Live CD, and etc. Then, in the box menu, select emulation, select the desired image and boot from it as from a regular CD.I have been using this box for several years and am extremely pleased, I forgot about all kinds of "bootable flash drives" and do not want to bother with them anymore.
