To conduct an information security audit, including a pentest, licenses are currently not required, since the previously unified FSTEC license for technical protection activities was divided into several disparate ones and the requirement to have a license during an audit was excluded from their number. This also applies to organizations providing services to clients.

Call the investigation research or audit or consultation and everything will be OK. Another question is that your consultations will not have any force and in which case you will not take them to the Court (more precisely, you will take them, but it will need to be completed)

What area of information security would you like to work in? Only the technical aspects of information security come to mind, or rather Video surveillance, access control systems and security systems.
