What type of process view do you find most useful for project management?
It is small and medium projects that are
of interest - Gantt chart - Flow
chart
- Linear text (similar to setting tasks in Trac or Jira) - Everything
in the head
- We use a board with markers
By the way, not only the opinion of the managers themselves, but also the performers are interested.

Statuses in ICQ "oh, fuck, yes, exactly ... project", "code hard...", "still code hard", "mission complete".
Minemaps rule, although we haven’t completely switched to them yet, first we map, and then we get a gantt anyway. I think this is the best approach so far.
You need to start with the fact that the Gantt chart was just designed for project management. Therefore, if not her, then certainly her modifications. Further, you can already argue: what type of project was used (linear, iterative, spiral, etc.) and which representation is more suitable for which type.
I think it would be worth discussing which applications that implement Gantt are more suitable for certain types of projects. Of course, some moments in MS Project do not suit me, but in general the program may well be suitable for most cases.
