Neural networks

What type of neural network is the most modern at the moment?

Of course, I mean open, public neural networks with implementations in at least some popular language.
Personally, I only found HyperNEAT and I don't know, maybe it's already outdated.
I need for a fairly simple task - for the game. That is, I want to use a pre-tested and tuned neural network with collective intelligence abilities for bots. I took a closer look at HyperNEAT because I saw on YouTube more than once its implementation in games. Maybe there is something else for the same purposes?

It is not clear what game we are talking about and what the bot should do, for a spherical horse in a vacuum there was a successful experiment in the West, here you can see the description. In general, the choice of algorithm depends on what data the neural network should process. For game bots in general, it is often more successful to use not neural networks, but a set of rules, this is more reliable.
You need to think and determine what data the network should receive (in what quantity and their type) and with what data it should respond to the information received.

For the game and a multilayer perceptron is suitable
