What type of database should you choose?

We are developing a service for analytics, using MySQL, and we understand that every day we have more than 50 million new entries in the database in a multithread.
There are such suspicions that we have chosen the wrong type of database, although as long as there is not much data, everything works fine.

Basically, all the work is inserts and updates.
Tell me, maybe MySQL is not what we need?
All data is structured.
