What type of authorization to choose for mikrotik, hotspot?

Hello,
1. Set up hotspot
2. rlogin.html also works and redirects to a remote host.
The task is for the user to receive the Internet only after some action (for example, submitting a form) and nothing else. To do this, I can not decide on the type of authorization. At the moment, I checked the boxes against:
+ HTTP CHAP
+ Trial
Essentially super! A person does something on the authorization page and deserves Wi-Fi, redirect him to 192.168.88.1/login?dst=http://ya.ru=MAC-user
The question is how to make authorization in the same convenient way as "Trial"? In order not to create a user in Mikrotik for everyone who wants Wi-Fi. + At Trial clients are automatically deleted.
Ie the essence of the problem, probably off. Trial and through api (if possible) create a user's mac in Mikrotik.

If so the page on which something needs to be done is not too complicated, then we remake it under login.html, substitute variables from the Mikrotik documentation into the code and authorize directly from it.
You can already use any type of authorization.
