Machine translation from one language to another

The task is to translate a certain amount of text (server administration). There are not free domestic products for bitext , but there is almost unnecessary, for me, cool functionality. In fact, you need one language on the left, another on the right, and I write a translation for each paragraph. The point is to align to paragraphs or lines with word-wrapping enabled. On the left, conditionally, I have 50 hieroglyphs, and on the right - 150 words in Russian.

Naturally, if there is 150 times more text on the right, it is difficult to watch the text in parallel. Something like this.

EmEditor works like this “out of the box” (I closed my eyes on Sublime, I didn’t find such functionality). Open both texts and select Compare → Syncronize Scrolling Direct . Vertical and horizontal scrolls, cursor position, difference highlighting are synchronized (this is for Compare direct ). I use this for code revisions, it's handy.

If I understood the tasks correctly, you are interested in .po editors like www.poedit.net/screenshots.php or projects.gnome.org/gtranslator/
I myself use poedit, but I advise you to try 5 pieces, they are all far from ideal (open source) , and in which of them the functionality you are interested in will not be judged

I’m not sure that I understood all the necessary conditions, but in such cases I myself just do it in Word: I select the text, call the conversion to a table (separated by paragraphs), then add a column to the right of the original. It turns out one paragraph = one cell. Translated a paragraph, pressed the down arrow, translated the next one, and so on (sometimes you have to break or join paragraphs when translating, then you just insert a line and leave an empty cell on the right or left). At the end of the translation, you can select the column with the translation, copy the content and paste it into a simple editor - only the text will be pasted.
If Word is not an option, I think similar functionality can be found in any advanced editor.
