What ttf font table is the actual character size in?
Question: In which font table is the data on the actual size of a lowercase character. Those. the size that we actually see on the screen when this character is displayed. Please tell me the name of the table that contains this data. If they are not in the tables, then tell me how to calculate this value.

By table you mean css?
In general, you can find out what font size is registered for which element if you open the developer tools panel in the browser.
In Firefox, this is the "open menu (sandwich, hamburger)" button -> "Web development" -> "Inspector"
In the tab that opens, click the "select element on the page" button (upper left corner) and then click on the element for which you need to find out font size.
On the right side of the tab there will be a menu "Markup", "Calculated", etc.
You need the "Calculated" tab
In the style search field, write font-size and look at the size.
In the same place, in the Rules tab, you can find out which style file is responsible for the font size in the element.
https://docs.fileformat.com/font/ttf/ but here in English, so a dictionary, and translate...
