What topic to choose for the diploma?

I am a 4th year student of the specialty "Applied Informatics", I work as a Java developer (backend), my experience is about 2 years. I can't think of a topic for my thesis. Therefore, I ask you for help, to throw some good idea.
What I know well and not so much:

• SQL Database
  
• MongoDB
  

Topics I would like to cover in my thesis:

• Highly loaded distributed applications
  
• Distributed NoSQL Stores
  
• Big data processing in real time

Write a normal porn resource. Most sites are slow to load videos, search is slow, adding new videos is probably not working either.

I doubt that in the thesis work you can do something interesting with these topics. These are highly specialized tools, the quality and speed of which are highly dependent on specific implementations.
