What topic for a master's thesis to choose in the field of programming?

At the moment I work as a Java developer and therefore I am thinking of choosing a topic related to microservice architecture, but I don’t know yet what exactly I can choose in this area. Are there any suggestions?

There is nothing interesting for science in these microservices. Rotten and chewing ideas from the 20th century.
Take the following hashtags: Neural networks (machine learning). Genetic algorithms. Swarm intelligence. Quantum Computing.

such that you don’t have to go to the second year or
ask the teacher to go to an academician, it’s more important to get a diploma and go to battle in an adult company, there’s nothing to sit at a university, you’ve already grown

"The theoretical justification for choosing the Java language, and not like all normal people Js and pyhton. And other anomalies of my mosk." )))
Just kidding. I think there are two promising topics:

  • Microframeworks in Modern Java. I highly recommend the report of Anton Keks. Like from a devkon. Smartly modern. Why spring is too bulky. And if you add comparative testing (see Adam Bien) . Aspera will be invited.
  • The WORA principle in modern Java applications. How to write one code and use it in microservices (for all platforms), Android, iOs, Windows, Linux, Mac OS.

If you do not plan to limit yourself to Java, I recommend the topic: "Serverless 2.0 and why it is finally profitable."

The topic depends on the purpose of the study. If you want to become a scientist, then you need to choose a topic at the tip of science. If you're going to work, then something your employer will like. If you just need to get away from the army, then the simplest one proposed by a scientist / university.

Something from the direction of revealing hidden inconsistencies on several input data of different types: fake-verdict-module, for example, for quickly checking content on the Internet before posting to the public.
