What tools to use to learn English?

I read English books through Google Play Books, adding translations to unfamiliar words and expressions in a note. Is there any way to transfer these notes to Anki or similar study software? This is the first.
I also use QTranslate on the BB. Double ctrl - and the translation is google, bing, prompt - some kind and will give the correct understanding. Plus, you can immediately hear the voice acting from Google. Is there something like that for Android - selected text, pulled out a curtain, clicked, a dialog box popped up with translation from different services? It would be cool. If not, you'll have to write it yourself :)

The Anki app for Android is also a very good option. However, you will have to select cards yourself (with words for study).
Of the advantages of this approach: versatility (through this application you can learn not only languages, but generally memorize a bunch of everything), an almost perfect memorization algorithm.
However, as rightly stated in the documentation, Anki should only be considered as an add-on that allows you to quickly learn new words, and not a full-fledged learning tool.
