What tools/techniques do you use if you forget some instructions (like CSS properties)?

For example, I recently forgot the name of the properties responsible for line wrapping, I get into Google and ask a question. It seems to me that all this is godlessly long and very clumsy, but there really is no way to remember all the possibilities. who uses what methods?

I google it, then I make a note in the cheat sheet. Property such and such, is responsible for such and such. You can stick a tag on the principle of action, for example, "#hyphens", for quick search later. The principle is simple: if I forgot and try to remember, then from time to time I will need this moment, and most likely, by the next time I will forget about it again.

I’m looking for it in Google, and if it’s something important, often used, then add the Gist extension to the sublime text, use the hot key to save the code fragment to the server, use the hot key to display a list of all saved fragments with a search by title and click directly into the code.

Google.com. In general, a universal tool and it is not a sin to use it.

Usually, I open this https://webref.ru/css
To look through the list with my eyes and remember what I need - a few seconds.
An additional benefit - at the same time I see properties that I didn’t know about or forgot about. This speeds up or improves the layout in the future.
Properties for which I climbed several times I write down with pens on a piece of paper.
You can tell someone else about them :)
