What tools exist to facilitate writing microdata?

What are the tools for writing Open Graph, schema.org?
How is work organized to avoid manual labor as much as possible?
Plugins for editors, node.js modules, online services, creating your own database with an admin panel - anything is interesting.
Interested in EVERYTHING, except for the wonderful plugins for WordPress and in general everything related to WordPress.

You have some misconception about how this is done.
The site usually consists of a limited number of html templates that are filled with data. So, you need to set the markup once for the template, and then load the data there. To correctly check the markup, you can use the Yandex validator. Everything is done quite simply, you just need to read the documentation to know which tags to use.

Try to write it in ld + json, it works in Google and Yandex, and writing is easier than in the layout itself.

That's just the point, if there was an automatic method to put it, it would not make sense. Since search engines would use it, not markup. The meaning of markup is in manual work, a hint from a person, for a search bot, about what and where.
But there are tools from Yandex and Google to check its correctness (micromarkup validators). Since where to mess up - there are many options.
