I would like to assemble an image with pre-installed software, both ms office and exotic software. Also, with some changes in the settings of Windows itself, for example, the included RDP server, a changed keyboard shortcut for switching keyboard layouts, a preset user and password.

How many times has it been said do not use assemblies!!!
Use answer file, RIS, PostInstall Script, Group Policy, WSUS
The Windows distribution must be clean.
If your vendor is such a scumbag, then he just supplies his distribution already with everything you need.
As a last resort, use a master image created with Acronix or Norton Ghost
